Maintenance and Cleaner Position
Part-Time.  Sunrise is an EOE.

Are you a hard-working, hands-on, meticulous person?  Are you reliable, trustworthy, and punctual?  Do you love to clean, make minor repairs, and work outside?  Sunrise Family Resource Center is looking for a dependable maintenance and cleaner person to join our team.  We are seeking a committed professional that is excited to roll up their sleeves and get the job done right!

The ideal candidate must:
  • work well independently.
  • enjoy cleaning!
  • be able to work after 4pm.
  • be able to commit 15-20 hours per week.
  • be able to perform light gardening and snow removal.
  •  
  • help with building maintenance as needed.

Do you love caring for young children as they grow and learn? Do you love being outdoors? Do you love staying active and having fun? Our licensed, NAEYC accredited, 5 STAR ECE Program is seeking a warm, caring, and positive person to fill the role of full-time classroom teacher. We are seeking a committed professional excited to work with children ages 6 weeks to three years. Candidates should love to get down on the floor to play and appreciate that early childhood is a messy business.

The ideal candidate will:
  • be reliable.
  • be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • work well in a team environment.
  • have a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in early childhood education (or related field).
  • meet state requirements and pass a background clearance check.
  • be able to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum in a safe and nurturing environment.
  • have knowledge of trauma-informed practices.
  • provide education and support to parents.
  • have experience working with young children and their parents (preferred, but candidates with other educational experience will be considered).
  • possess strong organizational skills.
  • have knowledge of strength-based values of family centered services.

Our licensed, NAEYC accredited, 5 STAR ECE Program is seeking a warm, caring, and positive person to support our three ECE rooms as a floater. The floater is responsible for covering breaks, assisting teachers, and assisting with the creation of enriching, exciting opportunities for our children ages 6 weeks to three years. Candidates should love to get down on the floor to play and appreciate that early childhood is a messy business. Floaters are an essential support for our classes! This is an excellent entry level position for anyone looking to enter the field of early education.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with very young children and a willingness to attend periodic trainings outside of regular business hours. Applicants must:
