We Have (5) Positions Available



Our licensed, 5 STAR, NAEYC Early Care and Education Program at Sunrise Family Resource Center seeks early childhood education professionals. We are seeking two warm, caring, and positive teaching assistant to join our program. The teaching assistant is responsible for assisting teachers the development and implementation of a developmentally appropriate, culturally sensitive curriculum for infants and toddlers. Teaching assistants are an essential support for our early care and education team! This is an excellent position for anyone looking to grow in the of early care and education profession.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Eligible candidates must have High School Diploma/GED and have completed Fundamentals for Early Childhood professionals or a 3-credit college course in Child Development.

Prospective candidates must have the ability to pass a background check with fingerprinting, to be completed upon employment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children. Preference given to those who are familiar with developmentally appropriate curriculum and trauma-informed practices.

Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday: Either 8:00am – 4:00pm or 8:30am – 4:30pm, with a 30 minute paid lunch. Compensation: $17 - $19/hour, based on experience

Primary Duties:
1. Maintain NAEYC Guidelines for Best Practices and all state licensing regulations in daily operations.
2. Work positively and collectively with others, as a team member of the ECE Program and the Sunrise community.
3. Maintain a friendly and open rapport with parents, hearing their hopes and concerns for their children and respecting their uniqueness and individuality.
4. Assist teachers in planning curriculum, procedures and activities, structuring and arranging a physical space to facilitate active learning, address safety issues' and create a pleasant environment.

Our licensed, NAEYC accredited, 5 STAR Early Care and Education Program at Sunrise Family Resource Center is looking for a full-time early education teacher. We are seeking a committed professional who has experience with children ages 6 weeks to 3 years, who loves to get down on the floor to play and appreciates that early childhood is a messy business.

The ideal candidate will be able to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum in a safe and nurturing environment, have knowledge of trauma-informed practices, work well in a team atmosphere, and provide education and support to parents.

Primary Duties:
1. Maintain NAEYC Guidelines for Best Practices and all state licensing regulations in daily operations.
2. Complete any required daily paperwork, lesson plans and notes.
3. Work positively and collectively with others, as a team member of the ECE Program and the Sunrise community.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (or related field), preferred. High School Diploma/GED and 21 early childhood education related credits required. Will consider applicants who are working on completing their associate’s degree and have a minimum of 12 early childhood education related credits. Experience working with children required. Prospective candidates must have the ability to pass a background check with fingerprinting, to be completed upon employment. Strong organizational skills a must. Knowledge of the philosophy and strength-based values of family centered services and early childhood education is an important part of this rewarding work.

Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm, with a 30 minute paid lunch.

Compensation: $17 - $20/hour, based on experience.

Job description:
Sunrise is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide Administrative Support and assist with Medicaid Billing. This dual role will be crucial in ensuring smooth office operations while also handling Medicaid claims and ensuring compliance with billing regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in social services or healthcare settings, strong organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to working with clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit Medicaid claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid billing regulations and agency protocols
• Assist in maintaining records of billing activities and generate reports as needed
• Maintain various office filing systems, records, and client files in compliance with State, Federal, State and agency policies
• Qualifying candidates will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Requirements:
• Previous experience in Medicaid billing and administrative support, preferably within a social services or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing processes, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and Regulatory compliance or willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent (Experience in social services or healthcare preferred)


Schedule: 25 Hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Compensation: Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, based on experience.

Job description:
Sunrise Family Resource Center seeks a dynamic, energetic, organized forward thinking Full Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Qualifying candidates will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Initial point of contact for agency: greet visitors and field inquiries to appropriate programs. Assist families in accessing onsite concrete support.
• Minimal Support for Financial Office: Cash Receipts Journal, etc.
• Administrative tasks: Agency wide support as well as opening and routing mail, copying, filing, maintaining supply closet, etc.

Requirements:
• Experience working with the public and/or customer service.
• Knowledge of basic office workflows is important.
• Intermediate computer skills with programs such as Windows, Office 365, Google Drive and Calendar, and data collection. Experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to problem solve, multi-task, work independently and think outside the box.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Knowledge of computer and general technology (computers, copiers, etc.) support preferred.

Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with a 30 minute paid lunch.
Compensation: Pay: $18.00 - $21.00/hour, based on experience.

Prospective candidates must have the ability to pass a background check with fingerprinting, to be completed upon employment. Schedule: This is an on-call, as needed, per diem position. Typical hours of our center are Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm, with a 30 minute paid lunch. Compensation: $15 - $16/hour, based on experience.
