We Have (1) Positions Available



Sunrise Family Resource Center is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team of professionals. The CIS Family Support Home Visitor will be passionate about working with young children and families throughout Bennington County, and will offer support and education to families, while promoting well-being and building on unique family strengths.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required for this 40-hour/week position, and experience working with young children and families is preferred. The ideal candidate will:

  • be familiar with strength-based, family centered practices.
  • possess strong communication skills.
  • demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams.
  • possess knowledge of family dynamics.
  • be familiar with Bennington County community resources.
  • be well organized and maintain confidential and professional documentation.
  • file reports in a timely manner.
  • be willing to travel to families' homes, throughout Bennington County.
  • have a driver's license and a personal vehicle to use for home visits.
