Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP)

This program helps eligible families pay for child care services for children 6 weeks up to the age of 13 (or up to the age of 19 if the child has special needs). There are eligibility and service needs guidelines. Sunrise's Child Care Financial Assistance Specialist assists families through the process of eligibility and application.

This application must be printed out and given to us as the State of Vermont only accepts originals.
